These Palestinian hand embroidered pouches may be used for veils, Rosaries, or any other items. They are made by the women of Bethlehem. The Palestinian stitch is unique in the world of embroidery.

By purchasing this product you are supporting the Christians of Bethlehem in their efforts to stay in the place where Christ was born for our salvation, as well as an ancestral trade going back to more than a century. It was the way in which Palestinian orphaned girls were able to sustain themselves thanks to the help of St. Marie Alphonsine Ghattas and the Congregation of the Most Holy Rosary in the late 1800s.
